Replacement tabletops typically start from around £195 for smaller laminate tops and rise to £1,800+ for large solid oak or marble. Prices depend on size, shape and material.
Most replacement tops attach via screws through your existing base. We can also supply pre-drilled mounting holes or fixing brackets if needed — just let us know your base type.
Yes — solid oak, walnut and ash replacement tops are our most popular. Each is made from kiln-dried timber, glued and clamped, then sanded and finished by hand.
Standard solid wood tops are 30–40mm thick. Laminate and compact laminate tops are typically 25mm. We can build thicker (up to 60mm chunky tops) on request for a more substantial look.
Yes — we frequently replace glass tops with solid timber or laminate. Send us photos and dimensions of your base and we'll advise on the best fixing method.
Most replacement tops are made and delivered within 4–6 weeks. Laminate tops can sometimes ship faster. We confirm timings when we receive your specification.
